We are always hosting events for our community! Whether its a sensory-friendly haircut day, visits with Santa, or a fall fest, we love to have fun and provide opportunities for our littlest friends to experience fun "stuff" in a way that meets their needs and allows them to participate and enjoy!

We are thrilled to be offering sensory-friendly haircuts at HLC! Mary Kendzora has been a licensed cosmetologist for 42 years and has 20 years of experience cutting hair for children and adults with disabilities and sensory differences. Mary is also the mother of two autistic sons.
"Everyone deserves to look good and feel good about themselves, and I'm blessed to be able to provide this service to children and families that may otherwise struggle to enter a typical salon environment."
Appointments will be 20 minutes. One kiddo per timeslot. The cost is whatever you feel is fair. Cash only.
